Who’s there?
Wow.
Five years.
It’s really been a long time hasn’t it?
Was just peeking at my blog as it’s been an eternity since I came back. After that last post it was kind of hard to just pick up again. So heavy, but so necessary.
Also, the kids were bigger. I wanted to give them privacy, and we stopped going for kid events as well.
In that time, blogs seem to have taken a back seat to Instagram posts.
Why am I here? Part curiosity to see if anyone is reading, I guess. And I suppose a tentative exploration into whether I want to start writing again. Two kids are in secondary school now, and one still in primary school. I probably will not delve too much into their lives, but maybe can go back to tracking my own for my own pleasure again.
